Zburzono zabudowania folwarczne, rozebrano zabytkowy spichlerz, w parku wyci\u0119to wszystkie drzewa, w tym przepi\u0119kn\u0105 alej\u0119 grab\u00f3w. Rozebrano osiemnastowieczny dworek, a par\u0119 lat p\u00f3\u017aniej wyci\u0119to sosn\u0119 wejmutk\u0119, samotny pomnik przyrody z tabliczk\u0105 ochronn\u0105. Na przej\u0119tej \u201ereszt\u00f3wce\u201d powsta\u0142a Rolnicza Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielnia Produkcyjna. Dobra sulmierzyckie parcelowane by\u0142y sze\u015b\u0107 razy. Pierwszy raz w 1827, a ostatni  w 1945. Na gruntach folwarcznych znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 kolonie: Aniel\u00f3w, D\u0105browa I, D\u0105browa II(pod lasem), Eligi\u00f3w, Filipowizna, Kodra\u0144, Ksawer\u00f3w, Stanis\u0142aw\u00f3w, Sulmierzyce wie\u015b, Sulmierzyce kolonia(dzisiejszy Plac Ko\u015bciuszki z ulicami Ogrodow\u0105 i Stra\u017cack\u0105).
